About Us

Why Us?

Aspire Life is built on authenticity, trust and aspiration. We show up as real people, creating connections where young people feel seen and understood.

We earn trust through consistency and follow-through. We raise aspirations through purposeful experiences, practical skills – and the belief that small wins build confidence, resilience and belief in what’s possible.

Our story so far

Founded in 2020 by Madeleine Frampton, Aspire Life began with belief born from lived experience. A football injury ended Maddy’s semi-professional career, but led her into schools, supporting young people struggling to thrive in mainstream.

In 2023, former-mentor Lewis Maguire became Managing Director. Together they’ve grown a movement of 50 people empowering futures across the South West. “At Aspire Life hope isn’t wishful thinking. It’s what happens when someone finally believes in you.”

Our Partnerships

Explore our living partnership map

Across the South West of England, Aspire Life is embedded in the communities we serve. We work alongside mainstream schools and local authorities, while also taking learning and activity beyond traditional settings.

Our partnerships transform spaces into settings for sport, holiday provision and real-world experiences, supporting young people to explore their surroundings, grow in confidence and contribute positively to society.

Aspire has been an amazing support for my son over the past few year. He struggled at school and foun it hard to fit in, often following the wrong crowd.Aspire life provided him with a 1-1 mentoring placement and its made a huge difference. They have built a trusting relationship with him and helped build his confidence. He now feels he has a real support network. Now as an adult my son is working towards BECOMING a 1-1 mentor himself so he can help other children like himself. He also volunteers at Aspire holiday clubs, lunch clubs and after school. Aspire is a fantastic team of people and we cannot recommend them enough

The TPI are detailed and timely - Clearly the staff are making good relationships with the child and progress has been made. The out for the pupil has been really good. The staff have spoken fondly and worked extremely hard to make positive relationships which at times have been a challenge.

FAQs

At Aspire Life, we like to base our ‘work’ around the student, whether this is following an AQA pack around the students interest, e.g. football. We also like to include Maths and English into our sessions at the level the student is working at. This may include worksheets or using these skills in day to day life.

Our sessions run from 8:30-4:30. Timings for student sessions vary depending on the hours they need us for, e.g. 10 hours of funding a week may be broken down into 5, 2 hour sessions across the week 9:00-11:00
